Please bring the following to your appointment:
- A valid referral -
- Your Medicare Card -
- A current list of your medications -
Payment: we accept Credit/Debit card or cash
*Please note that if you are having a Telehealth consult (a consult via phone)
you will be asked over the phone to pay via credit card or cheque*
Medicare refunds are automatically transferred overnight
We are not a Bulk-Billing Practice

We have a range of services available at our clinic which are found under the 'Services' tab at the top of the website.
Your medication list should include the name of your medication, the strength (e.g. 500mg), your dosage amount and frequency (e.g. 1 tablet twice a day) and the reason for taking.
It is also helpful to list your known allergies. |
If you have been given a hard copy of your referral, it can be helpful if you are able to read it and check what type of appointment you will be needing before calling. If you are unsure, do not worry as our Secretarial staff should be able to help you.
